Asparagus maki (sushi) (Japan)

Ingredients
1 nori piece
160 g vinegar sushi rice
4 stems asparagus, lightened
5 ml light soya paste
10 g gari (pickled ginger)
2 g wasabi paste
Process
1. Slice the nori piece into half.
2. On top of half a piece, spread the vinegar sushi rice.
3. Place the lightened asparagus stems in the center and roll.
4. Slice into even slices and serve up with soya paste gari and wasabi.
5. replicate the similar by means of the other half of nori sheet and serve
