STEP 1:
In a pressure cooker, simmer 1 cup black urad complete dal, drain the complete cooking water and crush the dal to a paste.
STEP2:
Add 2 cups fresh water, 45 gm butter and 1 pack knorr ready to cook Dal Makhani.
STEP 3:
Shut then cooker, behind 2 whistles lesser fire and bake for 20 min.
