Large meals will make you uncomfortable as the physiology of the body slows down during the pregnancy. And yes, you can say no to milk if you up at its smell. Protein powders and dietary supplements are an unnecessary fad.

2) Overload of spices can trigger acidity. Decide your comfort levels and tame it with antacids such as digene. Mild laxatives will help if you suffer from constipation. These will rather reduce the pressure on the pelvic or gans. Strong purgatives and enemas are a big no.
3) Being on iron and calcium supplements after the second trimester.
